A little late this morning. With everything Christmasy here, I forgot to do the blog last night. But, Mom and I are okay. We drove around and looked at lights last night. I hope you’re all settled in and snug.
Sending pre-Christmas hugs!

Glad all is well.
Scott and I are going out later to mail bills at the post office (blah) and then go by the library to pick up some stuff for him and PASSIONS IN DEATH by J. D. Robb (large print) for me. It will then be back to the house and hiding from the world time.
Supposed to be raining with few storms here after midnight and much of the day tomorrow and then again very late Christmas Day and much of Thursday. Also supposed to be borderline severe. Which does worry one as we have had tornado outbreaks in years past on the day after Christmas. Nobody is saying anything about that, but nobody predicted we were going to have anything a week or so ago and yet we had a funnel go over DDFW Airport and it was seen later elsewhere.
By the way, I plugged me yesterday on the blog, in case anyone is remotely interested.

Oh, I was interested, Kevin. Thank you for linking to your blog and the start of the story. Very seasonal! Ha!
I’m glad you two are getting to the library to add to your stash before Christmas.
And, I hope that nasty weather avoids you for the holiday!
Enjoying the pre-Christmas hugs!
I’m glad you two had time to enjoy the Christmas lights. Brought up a good memory for me also! Taking my late grandmother-in-law to view Christmas lights a few different years. She lived in the same town her entire life, but hadn’t driven for years and was typically in a hurry to get home by dark. But so enjoyed seeing all the Christmas lights. Thanks!
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
It’s still pretty cold, so we are staying in one more day – we have leftover pizza and will make a big salad.
I just downloaded Nora Roberts’s THE MIRROR from the library for Jackie.
She’s been gone a long time, but if Jackie’s mother was still alive, today would have been her 99th birthday.
