I hope that you have a fireplace mantel for that beautiful award. Love you!
No fireplace, but I do have a special spot, Carol. Thank you!
Thanks for listing the new winners. I haven’t read any of the winning novels, but I was thrilled to see Michael Connelly get his just desserts at last.
I love this picture of you. ❤
I haven’t read any of the winning novels, and only a few of the nominees. I did watch some of the ceremony via stream and enjoyed seeing some familiar faces.
I watched it, too, Kaye. It was nice to see Alafair, Gigi, Michael Connelly, and some of the others.
I agree, Jeff. I’ve only read two of the books, but I don’t expect to have read the Edgars. I never even heard of some of them.
But, you’re right. Michael Connelly was due.
I don’t think I’ve read any of those. Haven’t even heard of some.
I wish the Edgars and such had more cultural currency. It feels like it’s just a fairly small group of people talking to themselves, sometimes.
I know what you mean, Glen.
