Love how you stay in touch! Josh will really appreciate your retirement!!!
Have a great last week at work, Lesa, and enjoy your party tomorrow!
Thank you, Jennifer.
Thinking of you this week Lesa. Leaving a job and your coworkers can be bittersweet. Enjoy your party tomorrow and Happy Retirement🎉
You’re right. It can be, Susan. But, I’m looking ahead at where I’m going, not what I’m leaving behind. Thank you!
No words of wisdom here. Jackie was able to retire at 55 after 34 years of teaching. Luckily, we didn’t have moving to worry about, so we were very busy that year – first we went to Camden to see Jimmy Buffett in concert the day after school ended and stayed over in Philadelphia (across the river), then went to Atlantic City the next day. We also went to Washington, D.C. that July, to Boston for the first time in August, then to Buffalo and Niagara Falls for the first time, another day in Atlantic City. THen it was Phoenix in September for my father’s 80th birthday, Las Vegas in October for (believe it or not) the AARP Convention (really to see Dave Barry, Jimmy Buffett, Smoky Robinson, and the Smothers Brothers), plus D.C. again in November and New Orleans for Christmas.
Now that’s how to do retirement!
I agree, Jeff! You and Jackie know how to do retirement. Great lineup at the AARP Convention!
Happy final week as a working girl! 🌻 🌼 🌸
Four more days, including today, Kaye! Thank you!
