My mouth is watering!
So good, Carol!
An amazing menu.
I went the first time, Jeannette, with a friend, but I chose it because it had rave reviews for breakfast.
Now that I’ve finished Timothy Egan’s latest – A Fever in the Heartland, I certainly recognize Evansville. It was a revelation to find out that the KKK was resurrected in the midwest in the 1910s. Not a pleasant book. I’m back to mysteries to recover.
I understand completely, Emma. Not a pretty book.
Yum! Looks great. We love going for brunch in the morning. (As a matter of fact, we have that on tomorrow’s schedule!) On your menu, I’d probably stick with my go-to (unless there is something special that catches my eye) choice, the western omelet. Love home fries too. We have a couple of good places like this near us, and another two or three near us in Florida, so we go pretty often.
Enjoy!
I did, Jeff. Terrific menu. I had an omelet and German potatoes this morning. My favorite though, is their cinnamon French toast.
Lots of choices. I’d either get the Julianne Benedict or the Albanian Omelette. Yummy! I like the senior prices.
And, they give you so much food for the senior prices, Bonnie!
Omg – my kind of place! I love breakfast all day long.
Me, too, Kaye. The first time I went here was with David. I’ve been there three times since.
Now I looked at the dinner menu – I know I am in a minority, but I do like liver. But I’d probably go for the patty melt, or the catfish.
My mother likes liver, too, Jeff. When my sisters and I look at menus, if we see liver, we know there will be at least one thing Mom likes.
